Detailed Mold Assessment

Having a detailed mold assessment in your home or business will identify if a problem exists, and how serious the potential issue is. There are several types of mold tests that can be taken for many different situations. ABF Environmental is certified, with the highest level of training, to handle any mold test you may need including, Air Sampling, Surface or Lift Tests, Bulk Testing, Bacterial Swab Analysis and Cultured Samples. Sampling and analysis can also be performed for determination of bacterial concerns such as E-coli, fecal coliforms, “staph” and other microorganisms of concern.

ABF can also identify moisture and relative humidity issues, so that the source of the problem is resolved which will eliminate the chance of future mold growth. ABF also performs thermal imaging tests to spot hidden and unforeseen issues. After sampling and analysis, we develop a customized remediation protocol that clients can plan and budget for remediation services. Prompt assessment and remediation following water intrusion events can prevent the significant development of mold.
